Activation at the NEC Birmingham
October 2024 saw 375 exhibitors from across the globe convene on the NEC Birmingham for the annual Highways Exhibition – the UK’s top event for all things to do with road networks. Industry experts can exchange ideas, grow their network and brand and catch up on the latest developments.
We Are Brandnew were there to build the set for 15 of RSKs subsidiary companies focused on highway development.
Before we set foot inside the venue, the final design is created using specialist software to create a 3D render of the finished stand. This enables the client to see exactly how their concept looks and ensures that we have exact dimensions for all build and print requirements. The stand will need to meet several functional requirements. It needs to be visually appealing to attract visitors, convey the client brand fully plus have meeting space and clear messaging. The concealed cupboard contained a small fridge, allowing the reps who were manning the stand to grab a drink when needed. With 15 different companies being represented the cupboard got fairly busy.
The flooring marked the space for the stand and the truss framework provides the support for the SWEDboard printed display. Everything on this build was reusable or recyclable.
The QR code on the side of the cupboard door took visitors to the RSK Highways 2024 brouchure, where they could get more detail about the work each of the 15 companies were carrying our at present.
